The funds are sought to buy the properties to belong in perpetuity to the community of life and life resources. Effectively – to belong to Life. To itself. The Natural Heritage Trust may be reconstituted as a body to cede the properties to

• pay existing bonds and debts which keep the properties tied to a money system.
• The property which is worth about 180 million rand will then be ceded to the Natural heritage Trust – will belong to the earth communities all the earth communities represented,
• To buy the initial building materials and
• equipment which community members will use to make bricks, build furniture ,make clothing,
• plumb the circular systems of water,
• harness energy from the sun,
• the musical instruments and computers and data storage, the bakery equipment and laser eye equipment, etc.

INVESTORS The donors will be rewarded by being able to select where they would like their own home in the community property built for them and its design and then to live for free for the rest of their lives in a community which works together to make life good for every member.

They will also have the satisfaction of knowing that they kick stared a system of food security, secure and fulfilling, which will ramify out throughout the game reserves, resorts, villages and suburbs of the world thanks to our existing global channel www.motherchannel.com.

The Global Warming Solution Centre

This is an application to fund the prototype and future head project of an African and probably global system of community villages where humans , stand together with animals, plants, microbes, earth, water and air as micro-communities functioning for the benefit of all the specie members.

It is to fast become a network of humans living with healthy organically grown food from abundant cared for soils, clear unpolluted water and seas, circular systems of waste and waste water and no harm where every specie has the right to the life it was created for, the right to mother  the young, not to be poisoned or compromised.

To secure  this into posterity, land with the living communities I harbours  will eventually all own itself using the rule of reason and the principle of do no harm .

Humans will become custodians of certain areas provided they adhere to the principle of respect for all the members.

To do this, the communities need to be self sufficient without the negative pressures exerted by money and loans from banks. This idea has been followed for the last 54 years by a community of now 3000 people who turned a desert in India into a forest which sustains them all without use of money. It is called Auroville.

The Earth Song initial project starts at the tip of Africa in one of the most beautiful  sites in the world,.

Monkey Valley Resort. It overlooks the sea with direct access to tan 8 kilometer long unspoiled beach  and   the rare milkwood forest in which it stands and which it seeks to protect from development of a negative kind is 500 years old with a root system said to be in excess of 2 000 years old.

It has a 1.4 hectare property bordering  the world famous Chapmans Peak Drive with which it as a 400 m border – an advantage for commercial exposure . Both properties have sea views but of course, Monkey Valley itself is right on the edge of the beach and has some of the best views in the world.

Cape Town is one of the most beautiful cities in the world and Monkey Valley is probably one of the most beautiful properties in the ribbon of human habitation that surrounds the mountains that extend into the sea to make the famous Cape Point and Table mountain. Cape Town.

It already has an infrastructure of a resort with residences for staff.
